The oil from this tropical fruit is high in fatty acids, minerals, vitamins and antioxidants, which together moisturise skin, improve elasticity, prevent water loss and help protect against external stressors.

Prunus amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) oil, Cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, Persea gratissima (avocado) oil, Helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil, parfum (fragrance), Withania somnifera root powder, Anthemis nobilis (Roman chamomile) flower oil, Pelargonium graveolens (rose geranium) leaf oil, Calendula officinalis flower extract, benzyl alcohol, benzyl benzoate, benzyl salicylate, citral, citronellol, coumarin, eugenol, farnesol, geraniol, isoeugenol, limonene, linalool.

THE PRACTICE

Use before bathing for a deep self-massage, working towards the heart with deliberate, firm strokes.


Add a few drops to bathwater as a aromatherapeutic, relaxing bath oil.


After bath or shower, instead of lotion, smooth a couple of drops onto damp skin in sweeping circular movements toward the heart.
