Collapsible content
INFUSED WITH
Arabica Coffee Oil
Coffee oil consists mainly of triglycerol and fatty acids along with antioxidants. Thanks to the presence of these triglycerides and free fatty acids, Arabica coffee oil helps to retain skin moisture and fight inflammaging, the deterioration of the skin’s functionality due to the impact of inflammation.
Eucalyptus Essential Oil
In aromatherapy, eucalyptus oil is used to relieve mental congestion and exhaustion by boosting circulation to the brain, stimulating the mind and rejuvenating the spirit. In Ayurveda, it helps to reduce excess mucus accumulation and, because of its kapha balancing and ushna (hot) properties, it reduces inflammation. Its eucalyptol content is responsible for much of the essential oil’s therapeutic activity, clearing congestion, relieving runny noses, supressing coughs and killing germs around the nasal passageway.
Sweet Almond Oil
Sweet almond oil helps promote elasticity of the skin and keep it supple. It is an excellent emollient, enhancing the barrier function of the epidermis, reducing trans-epidermal water loss, retaining moisture and improving the elasticity of the skin.
INGREDIENTS
Prunus amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) oil, Cocos nucifera (coconut) oil, Coffea arabica (coffee) seed oil, Persea gratissima (avocado) oil, Helianthus annuus (sunflower) seed oil, parfum (fragrance), Calendula officinalis flower extract, benzyl benzoate, benzyl salicylate, citral, citronellol, coumarin, farnesol, geraniol, limonene, linalool.
THE PRACTICE
Use before bathing for a warming self-massage focused on the rib cage and surrounding muscles, working towards the heart with slow, gentle strokes.
Add a few drops to bathwater as a decongesting bath oil.
After bath or shower, instead of lotion, smooth a couple of drops onto damp skin in sweeping circular movements toward the heart.
